A Heartfelt Thank-You for Making Our First Mental Health Resource Fair a Success

On behalf of everyone at FLOCK Mind & Heart Outreach, thank you for joining us at our inaugural Mental Health Resource Fair. Your presence, enthusiasm, and commitment to emotional well-being turned our very first fair into something truly memorable.

Celebrating Our Partners in Care

We are deeply grateful to the dedicated therapists who volunteered their time and expertise. Your compassion and insight enriched every conversation and offered our guests concrete next steps on their wellness journeys.

Community Support That Made It Possible

Arlington Public Library generously opened its doors, giving us the perfect setting to gather, learn, and connect.

Little Caesars kept spirits high (and stomachs satisfied) with delicious pizza for guests and volunteers alike.

Why This Fair Matters

At FLOCK, we believe mental health matters—every day, for every person. By bringing together community resources, licensed professionals, and neighbors who care, we’re helping to break down stigma and build a network of support that reaches beyond this one event.

What’s Next

This fair is only the beginning. Stay tuned for future workshops, support groups, and outreach programs designed to educate, uplift, and connect our community.

Together, we can continue to prioritize both mind and heart.

Thank you for being part of our mission to foster learning, outreach, compassion, and kindness. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

4th Annual "Give What You CAN" canned food drive 2024

With your incredible support and generosity,

we joined hands for some heart work at Mission Arlington on Saturday, November 23rd, preparing for their Thanksgiving deliveries!

We are beyond grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with Peach Elementary and all of our amazing supporters. Together, we donated over 2,000 canned goods for the fourth year in a row AND gave our time to make a meaningful impact for families in need within our community.

This is what it’s all about—community, kindness, and love in action. Our hearts are truly full of joy!

Let’s dream big for Year 5—we’ll go for EVEN MORE!
